Umesh Patel is a dynamic business leader with a strong track record of success in corporate management and strategic operations. Since 2009, he has served as the Managing Partner of DviBri LLC, guiding the firm’s growth and operational excellence. Umesh also holds key leadership roles as a Director at Nova Lifestyle (Nasdaq: NVFY) and as the Chief Executive Officer of Fuse Enterprises Inc. (OTC: FUST), a publicly traded U.S. company.

Stephen Markscheid is a seasoned executive and independent director with extensive experience in global corporate governance. Previously, Stephen worked with GE Capital from 1998 to 2006, where he held various leadership roles. Before joining GE, he was with the Boston Consulting Group, working across Asia on high-impact consulting projects.

Stephen holds a BA in East Asian Studies from Princeton University, an MBA from Columbia University, and a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins SAIS, reflecting his strong academic foundation and global perspective. Yuanmei Ma is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience leading financial strategies and operations across diverse industries. She has served as the CFO for two publicly traded SPACs—Feutune Light Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: FLFV) from January 2022 until its merger with Thunder Power Holding, and Fortune Rise Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: FRLA) from February 2021 to December 2022. In addition, she was the CFO of Airways Group from 2022 to 2023 and Mayrock Automotive Inc. from 2020 to 2022.

Her expertise in investor relations was honed as the Director of Investor Relations at Highpower International Inc. (formerly Nasdaq: HPJ) from 2016 to 2019.
